Woodbridge Estates four week wine kits are made from 100% premium wine grape concentrates, selected from some of the finest wine regions around the world. All Woodbridge Estates kits include sugar and will yield 23 litres, or 30 bottles.

Suit Your Taste
All Woodbridge Estate wine kits have been designed to ferment dry. You can, however, produce these wines to suit your individual taste. If you prefer a sweeter wine contact Wine Not.

Whites:

Brise-de-Mers®:A clean and dry wine with soft fruit and herbal characteristics.
California White: A crisp, light and refreshing wine.
Chablis: An easy-drinking, light-bodied wine with a smooth, refreshing flavour.
Chardonnay: An elegant, dry white wine with rich oak flavours and a hint of fruit.
Chenin Blanc: A crisp and refreshing wine with a bright, fruity character.
French Colombard: A light, dry wine with a hint of fruit and honey.
Fumé Blanc: A dry wine with toasted oak flavours and a smoky, herbal aroma.
Gewürztraminer: This rich and aromatic wine is perfect with spicy foods.
Johannisberg Riesling: A dry, well-balanced wine with subtle hints of peach.
Liebfraumilch: A light, fruity, delicately dry wine that is particularly good when      young.
Mosel: An off-dry, spicy and aromatic German-style wine.
Niersteiner: A dry, German-style white wine with a touch of fruit.
Piesporter: Johannisberg Riesling in a fresh, light, off-dry style.
Rioja Blanco: A soft wine with a clean aroma and rich flavour.
Ruisseau Blanc®: A medium-bodied, clean-flavoured dry white with subtle fruit and a crisp finish.
Sauvignon Blanc: A bright, refreshing, dry wine with a clean, grassy bouquet.
Sherry: A full-bodied aperitif wine with a distinct warmth and nuttiness.
Soave: A light-bodied, dry, Italian-style white wine.
Verdicchio: A bright, crisp white wine with a clean palate. Ideal when young.
White Bordeaux: A classic French-style wine with citrus and herbal               characteristics.
White Burgundy: A dry, medium-bodied wine with an herbal finish.
White Zinfandel: A classic blush wine that is best served chilled to bring out its fresh berry flavours.

Reds:

Barolo: A robust, Italian-style wine with a light oak flavour and rich fruit.
Bergamais®: This fresh, light, fruity red is best served chilled.
Cabernet Sauvignon: An intense red, rounded with oak and cherry-currant    aromas.
California Red: A smooth and simple red with a delicate fruitiness.
Chat Dormant®: An earthy, dark red wine with cherry and blackberry aromas.
Chianti: A light-bodied, velvety, Italian-style red wine.
Domaine des Brumes®: A soft red wine with ripe berry characteristics.
Jermillon®: A smooth and soft wine with berry undertones and medium oakiness.
Merlot: A rich, fruity, dry wine with a subtle oak character.
Pinot Noir: A warm and velvety wine with a bright bouquet.
Port: A full-bodied, slightly sweet after-dinner wine, distinguished by its warmth and rich, plummy character. Perfect with cheese.
Red Bordeaux: A smooth and round wine with subtle notes of berry and a light, earthy bouquet.
Red Burgundy: A light, easy-drinking wine, medium-bodied and satisfying.
Shiraz: A robust, dark, dry wine overlaid with a distinct spiciness.
